Rosemary In Water

Put fresh rosemary stems, leaves and flowers in a saucepan. Cover the herbs with water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer five minutes. Pour into a bowl. Allow to cool. Strain and bottle; label.


Can be used in the bath or to make herbal lotions. Can be poured into a spray bottle and used to spritz hair before shampooing.
